Ashya, the Brooklyn-based, contemporary design label, which launched last year by Ashley Cimone and Moya Annece, has debuted its latest Pre-Fall 2018 collection, “Blue Mountains.” The brand focuses mainly on unisex belt bags and travel-friendly accessories.
In “Blue Mountains” new silhouettes are introduced, including the Palmetto, Cedar and Cedar Valley leather belt bags. Previously released bags also make up the collection, namely the Cherai and Anjuna. The range was shot in Blue Mountains, Jamaica to exemplify the exploration of the rich landscape and each style was inspired by the elaborate plant life throughout the island. Detailing on the latest accessories includes single and double-pocket designs which slide on and off the belt strap. The pieces arrive in vibrant hues reminiscent of Jamaica – “Sorrel,” “Citrine” and “Jasper.” The redesigned Cherai and Anjuna now appear in leather as well. Pre-order the “Blue Mountains” collection starting next week on ashya.co and in-store at select retailers in May.
