Sand Circle, the quartz sculptures by Daniel Arsham

After his debut in 2017 Daniel Arsham launched his Sand Circle, a sculpture composed of small fragments of quartz, in a beautiful new colorway.

Famous American sculptor Daniel Arsham, of whom we have previously spoken here, has recently made a new interesting work under the name of Sand Circle. Precisely, it is a sculpture conceived in a circle shape that inside presents small fragments of quartz and two suspended planets, useful to let the sandy mineral flow smoothly. The main peculiarity of the work is that of being able to admire the final result only when the sculpture is turned upside down since the flows inside it are variable: this means that every time it will be possible to admire a different design. Recall also that for a limited period of time the Sand Circle was put on sale on the artist’s website as a limited edition piece. The purchase was also particular because together with the work were delivered an instruction booklet and a pair of gloves signed Arsham Studio.

If you are curious, you can visit the artist’s website that you find here.
