Everything Virgil Abloh touches turns to gold, right? This was very much the case with his buzzy Spring/Summer 2019 Men’s debut for Louis Vuitton – which also saw Kid Cudi, Dev Hynes and Palace skaters Blonde McCoy and Lucien Clarke hit the runway. And now, to celebrate its release, the luxe French giant has now opened a pop-up store in London’s Mayfair. Following on from the collection’s inspiration, The Wizard of Oz, expect yellow brick roads, light prisms and projections of Dorothy and poppy fields abound. Oh, and not to mention picks from the dreamy collection: tailoring, hoodies, kicks and accessories in a spectrum of colours. Yes, please.
