SAINT LAURENT LAUNCHES HOMEWARE WITH DESIGN GROUP MEMPHIS FOR LATEST RIVE DROITE COLLECTION Showcased via exhibitions at its locations in Paris and LA.

Following last month’s Nanoblock figurinesSaint Laurent has now joined forces with Italian design and architecture group Memphis for its latest Rive Droite release. This time around, Anthony Vaccarello has launched an exhibition alongside a collaborative capsule. Founded in 1981, Memphis is celebrating its 40th anniversary with interior design pieces for the luxury fashion brand. The accompanying exhibit displays some of the company’s signature works including Masanori Umeda’s RING bed, Michele De Lucchi’s RIVIERA chairs and Ettore Sottsass’ CARLTON room divider. Joining the show is an array of homeware items ranging from ceramic objects and textiles, to vases and plates. Completing the capsule is a series of garments like hoodies and sneakers that Vaccarello has created with inspiration from Memphis’ works.

Peep the designs via the gallery above. The pieces are on display at Saint Laurent’s Rive Droite locations in Paris and LA from May 19 to June 23, and are now available online.
