- How would you describe your latest works?
My lates works really focus on the mastery of charcoal on canvas, presented and varnsihed to the level of the top quality of oil paintings in presentation and archival qualities.
- What are the biggest challenges you have met in your career?
Some of the biggest challenges have just been the sheer consistency in producing my best work, it is not a effortless task. - What is the message you want to send, and what kind of people are you referring to?
I create work that represents the human condition we all as humans connot escape and are all experiencing, with an emphasis in faith and spirituality since the beginning of time. Which we as humans cannot avoid regardless of what we claim to believe. I am a Christian and lots of my world view comes from that, but regardless of the viewers spiritual orientation I bleieve there is much to be related to.
- What is your main source of inspiration?
My main source of insperation is my personal faith and family and experiences in nature and with others. - What about your next project?
Next I am looking to broaden my subject matter and tighten my use of materials to just charcoal.
